What if that was your child being charged? What if it was your child that was injured? Reportedly the child who was hit with the ball suffers from a pre-existing rare medical condition that makes head injuries especially dangerous. So my question is, why in the world was the 4th grader allowed to participate in game in the 1st place?? Smh....
The case goes to juvenile court August 1st for a pretrial hearing.
