Frontier Airlines Now Backs Flight Crew Who Taped Unruly Passenger to Seat

The passenger had had two drinks, spilled a third on himself, was wandering the cabin shirtless and groped the breasts of two female flight attendants.

Certainly sounds like he needed to be restrained.
