Watch how her dog tried to protect her. Nikkita Brown was walking her dog at Lincoln Park in Chicago when an officer walked up to her. She must have felt some type of way because she started recording on her phone. A couple of motorists sitting in their cars also recorded the encounter.
Reportedly the officer said he was confronting her because the park was supposed to be closed. But as you can see the confrontation escalated quickly.
I don't understand why he accosted her. Why not just tell her to keep it movin' cause the park is closed. She was simply walking her dog -- she was probably bout to leave anyway. Smh....
