You know back in the day when Janet Jackson would pick a fan to come on stage, the fans hands would be tied to the arms of a chair while she danced around and eventually kissed him. The selected fan was required to be strapped to the chair due to safety concerns from a previous tour, when the participant forcefully grabbed and fondled her while onstage.
