Pomp and Circumstance being heard across South Florida as High School graduations begin this week. Broward's Student Activity Director Patty Brown says the goal is to have a ninety-percent graduation rate. She says security will be extra tight and all seniors will go through a metal detector before services begin. The goal is to have a 90% graduation rate. Broward's run from tomorrow until June Third, Miami-Dade ceremonies begin tonight.
